Girls Basketball

The girl’s basketball team has gotten off to a great start! The junior varsity and varsity team have both played in a recent Thanksgiving tournament. The JV team got first in the Putnam County Tournament. The varsity team placed second in the Somonauk Breakout Tournament. They finished with two wins against Sandwich (38-22) and ACC (49-36) and two losses against Wheaton Academy (41-39) and Seneca (44-35). The lady Norsemen have also defeated the Varsity and Junior Varsity in their game against Somonauk on Thursday, December 5th. The Varsity finished with a score of 46-19 and the JV finished with a score of 41-19. The girls are expected to keep up the good work and have a great season!
