The first game was against St. Bede where the Norsemen went into half time trailing. Then the Norsemen came out after the half reenergized and came away with the win 76-67.

The second game was against Leland-Earlville. The Norsemen wanted to come out strong and kept up the intensity throughout the game, resulting in a 74-28 win.

The Norsemen’s final game was against the tournament host Serena. The Huskers tried to out muscle the Norsemen, but the Newark boys were able to tough out the win 76-47. The Norsemen finished as tournament champions for the fourth straight year, and had their captains Kyle Anderson and John Avery named All-Tournament.

Come cheer on your Norsemen for the home opener on Tuesday December 1.
